Meet Our Founders

Julia began her career as a customer support agent in a startup BPO based in the Philippines. She later transitioned to working with a local VA agency, where the idea of building a more reliable and people-centered Filipino agency began to take shape. Her vision centered around creating a fast-paced customer support agency tailored for startups driven by agility, reliability, and a deep understanding of customer needs. Today, she serves as the Customer Support Manager and Executive Virtual Assistant at Task Me Quick, bringing a wealth of hands-on experience to the team.

Karen, a registered nurse by profession, brought a unique and invaluable perspective to the team. Her background in healthcare instilled in her a deep sense of empathy and the ability to approach each customer interaction with a holistic mindset qualities that technical skills alone can't provide. After her nursing career, she successfully transitioned into eCommerce as an Amazon Store Manager for a leading U.S. brand specializing in personalized items. Karen now serves as the Chief Operating Officer of Task Me Quick, where she continues to champion customer care rooted in compassion and understanding. It was also Karen who introduced the world of freelancing to her then-fiancé, now husband, Carlo.

Carlo, with over a decade of experience in customer support including 8 years in leadership roles has played a key role in scaling Task Me Quick. His ability to manage and lead a growing remote team of nearly 100 professionals is a testament to his dedication, strategic mindset, and passion for excellence. He now serves as the Chief Executive Officerof Task Me Quick.
