What is a Virtual Assistant?
TaskMeQuick VA is typically someone who works from their own office using the latest technology to work remotely to complete assigned tasks. Because virtual assistants are independent contractors rather than employees, clients are not responsible for any employee-related taxes, insurance or benefits, except in the context that those indirect expenses are included in the VA’s fees. Clients also avoid the logistical problem of providing extra office space, equipment or supplies.
Do I have to have someone full time or is part time ok?
Yes we can provide part time employees, however it is our experience that in time you’ll want to upgrade to a full time worker. Once you get your head around all the different tasks that can be outsourced, you’ll start to redesign your business around your new employee. Depending on the size of your business, it might not be long until you have a team of virtual assistants!
I'm busy and I'd really like some help. But I'm not sure if there's anything I can delegate. What should I do?
Learning how to delegate work effectively can be challenging, but the rewards of enhanced productivity and cost savings can be significant. Delegating also allows your business to focus on core objectives instead of non value added repetitive tasks. We can help in a couple of different ways. Would I be assigned a dedicated VA?
Yes, you would be assigned a dedicated VA who will be your main point of contact on regular basis. Just treat your VA as your regular employee and train them on how you want things done. Our VA's are thoroughly trained on most of the regular jobs that we receive from our clients, however since each client has their own requirement, we recommend you to spend some time initially with your dedicated VA to explain what you need to get done and how you need them done. Spending a little time with your VA in the beginning always helps in the long run.
What happens after I sign up?
You will be contacted by one of our specialists within 12 to 24 hours after your sign up and they will assign you a dedicated VA who they think will be the best candidate for you depending on your needs. Normally you can start sending your work the very next day after you sign up (within 24 hours)
How do we communicate and work together?
We encourage Zoom or Skype calls regularly to keep the working relationship strong and feel personal. We also encourage you to text, call or email as often as possible. If your company uses a VPN to connect to your network, we suggest you to allow your virtual assistant access so they can communicate confidentially and securely.
